Notes of meeting held on Monday 26th November 2007 @ 7.00pm, Village Hall

 

Present: - D Packham (Chair), F Hooper, J Luty, V & P Jones, L Teasdale & J Palmer.

Apologies: - D Norman & G Taylor.

 

1.      The Chair advised on recent item in the ‘Grapevine’.

2.      The Clerk advised that the financial statement for the 2007 event as previously reported, the toilet hire bill and outstanding advert fees still being ongoing.
